Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Clicgear product in its original box, ensuring all manuals, parts, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
